Dog's Breakfast

I should be in London but my plans have gone to pot. So I'm here in Halifax doing food shopping late on a cold, wet, grey Sunday afternoon. 

M&S had sold out of bananas so I nipped up to the Tesco Metro and happened to pass this pub on the way. It used to be called the Portman and Pickle. It's right next door to the Borough Market and apparently its the place to be if you prefer beer to cornflakes for your breakfast. 

I'll stick to Costa.

The smokers were sheltering in the doorway watching the world go by.

I've got the day off tomorrow so maybe I'll do my tax return where can I go?
