From Rum's Eg to Skye, now Mull!

These two gifts from A & J came all the way from Romsey to Skye and then we brought them home to Mull. 

A wonderful art and craft gallery -Rum's Eg was set up as a creative centre by a Community Interest Company dedicated to supporting artists, promoting and conserving the rich and varied art and craft of this region and to encourage education and participation in arts and crafts in the community.  

Sally Cantan's who enamelled the box started as a marine biologist and she says that she is fascinated by the colours found in nature. Roger Murphy, Southampton born & bred, first saw wood turning in Australia and was inspired to learn. The feel of the 'wee' bowl is very special. Thank you A & J.
