Worthiness

As I'm out and about in my 11 year old Volvo wagon Sherman tank, feeling quite safe on the slippery side roads, I come across this little wonder. I've been spotting them all over town since last year. My neighbor uses them for quick in-city trips, claiming that they are quite road worthy and did well in crash tests. What? Against a bicycle perhaps.

I'm keeping an eye on a most special person's house and this morning, when I watered a plant in one of the kids' bedroom, I knocked a porcelain tooth fairy box off the shelf, breaking the little fairy on top in half at the waist. How to tell a six year old that you broke and glued her tooth fairy box. To most people, a little box, to her....I'm not looking forward to fessing up.
