Misty vistor

Good Morning!

Well, went to run errands and then was pulled back to Lowell Riverfront Park, and lucky enough to see this person out on the river rowing. 

It's dark and grey, dreary weather and raining as usual - this is Washington State after all! 

But, I have not ever seen anyone on the water before, so this was a pleasant surprise! And a great time to have a visit as he glided by.
