Playing around with the new lens

Cooked a chicken dinner this morning as well as doing a bit of housework and marking. This afternoon I popped out to the shops to get some new trousers for Chris and some fleece fabric that we suddenly remembered that K needed for school this week. I arrived at Dunelm at 4.25 with 5 minutes until closing and managed to grab some suitable material - phew!

Spent a bit of time when I got back playing around with my new lens and the tripod trying to get a decent picture of my glass ball. I'm not sure if I like it or not but I've suddenly remembered why I don't spend much time blipping in term time as I now have loads of school work left to do! Oops!
