Essential Ingredients

There's nothing better when putting the finishing touches to Sunday supper than The Archers and a glass of wine. Husband and daughter were convinced that I left dinner in for quarter of an hour longer just so that I could listen. Today was generally timed well - mainly schoolwork but a good Spin class this morning and a quick trip to town with a The Teen this afternoon.
Given events in Paris today, it should have been a French themed dinner tonight - at least the wine was.
