Feeling Like Crap....

Didn't do a lot today except taking one of these every four hours or so, Mrs BM had to prepare and cook the lunch and BMJnr had to go and get my Mom.

So it's early to bed tonight, hopefully I will be better tomorrow as I still have some stuff to do at the house.
Mrs BM has to stay in as the gas fitter is coming to service our boiler as it's been playing up and needs a good looking to.
