Dessert

I had a few friends over for dinner last night. My partner did the mains lamb roast while I handled the desserts section.
I have much respect for Gordon Ramsay as the recipes he shared, always come out perfect. I have made chocolate lava for almost 100 times & it always turn out perfect. Wish I shared a photo of the chocolate lava oozing out of the cake, but we were all consumed by the desserts that we all forgot to snap a shot. This version is with vanilla ice-cream with cashew nut topping.
