Born to run

Preparations for the running track, sports event to be held at Deansgate on Sunday.

Three years ago I was involved in this event, running the Manchester 10k. Ferguson was a baby then & I was much fitter than I am now.

Some people are born to run, I mostly certainly am not!
One day though (maybe the 2013 10k...), I hope to reclaim that fitness!
