Mono Monday...Distant

Skeena...You do throw the curly ones to us with this weeks challenge of "Distant", you really had me thinking, and even googled ideas for it.

After a morning at the physio and the doctor for Ian, with some issues with his shoulder, he was sitting in his chair this afternoon looking very "distant". And overlooking him was his "distant"  relative, Renata Kawepo, a famous maori .....well actually he tells the grandies that it is his distant relative. And they actually believe him because we are sure that somewhere in his heritage a little bit of maori slipped in, much denied by the family!

Today has been even hotter, another fabulous summers day, and we had a good congregation at "church" this evening, enjoying the balmy temperatures and cooling them down with a few liquid refreshments.
