From gastronomy to astronomy

Tonight I ll be brief.

I had an emotional day again after running nearly 27 miles, slow but strong. I would like you to watch this video so you can understand today s title. It s one of my favourite movies, called Touch of spice. Touch of Spice

The afternoon was all about designs and baking, tea with friends and tonight cooking
a storm at the vicar's house, mouthwatering Dhaal, gorgeous ocra balti, and Bombay aloo to go with homemade naan!!! All in the name of the gorgeous running miles and carbo loading. That applies to me by the way his family and him just like curries although i am working on the younger members of the family ! Ooohhh I got all of you witnesses he said he will help me restore the red bus :-)
