Parota Pods

My wife has been collecting seed pods from our neighborhood Parota tree. Every time we walk to the beach, we pass this tree and she searches the ground for undamaged pods. After some thorough cleaning and judicious application of decoupage left over from an earlier craft project they are now on display in our living room. Black and white seems like the best way to showcase the forms contained in this pile of pods.
