The Robin is watching for space on the feeding table in the garden next door.


Travelled home down the A1 and thanks to mobile technology and “R” communicating with “R Jnr” who in turn was communicating by text with the estate agent we secured a house purchase. All we need to do now is sell the current property  – estate agents in tomorrow and solicitors sorted.
