To remind me of the redness of my face after a run this evening. A run? Yes sir indeedy....we have decided to go on a cycling holiday this summer, and I need to be fitter than I am. So I am going to try and run a couple of times a week and get out on my bike for longer rides too.

Work was busy and started off with usual stressful dash to the photocopier, but I was a grown up and didn't shout at anyone. Then I taught all day, and all was fine in the end.
