Vale Church In The Rush Hour

On a scale of one to ten - insofar as being stressed out to point of losing the plot and throwing the towel in - today reached 9.99 ...
I knew it was going to be a bad day ... but 'gees' ... !!!
As a general rule my legendary sardonic sense of humour pulls me through, yet even that began to fail me this morning ... :o|

Needless to say, the last thing on my mind was blip taking ... (not that there was anything interesting to blip - those of you who follow my journal probably know my thoughts on drizzle ... and there was plenty of that mucky stuff around today.)

However, I had to pay a visit to the doctor for a general check-up late this afternoon (unbelievably my blood pressure was okay) (it must have been my overdose of "Kalms" that I'd taken earlier), so on my way home, just after dark, I thought I'd make a quick detour to the Vale Church ... I wasn't expecting much from just my basic little Canon "emergency point and shoot" camera, but I was almost pleased with this effort (especially as I took this picture through the windscreen as my van rocked from side to side in the wind) (well I wasn't going to step outside with all that drizzle going on) ... :o|
