UK Milk

Apparently now cheaper than water.   That can't right can it?   How have we managed to get into a situation where UK farmers are haemorrhaging money and rapidly going out of business?  

I'd rather pay the farmers what it costs to produce the milk, than screw them down to the last supermarket penny...wouldn't you?
