Rainbow running

It was great to get out for a run with Glasgow FrontRunners this Sunday morning. I used to be a member (and Jog Leader and committee member), before moving to Edinburgh and joining the branch here.
The weather was dreadful, but it was good to see some familiar faces whilst getting soaked to the skin. The club is part of the International Frontrunners organisation of LGBT running clubs, through which I've meet runners in Newcastle, London, Berlin, Montreal and San Francisco (plus visitors from many other places).
Both Glasgow and Edinburgh branches are currently running a 'Couch to 5k' programme open to all, which a few of my friends (LGBT and otherwise) are taking part in. It's that much easier to keep up the fitness regime with a bit of friendly encouragement!
