Heavy rain

Can you see my hydrangea bushes back there?  We had this type of rain most of the day with lots of rolling thunder.  Peace was smart enough to stay on the back porch and stay dry.  Not so much Spirit.  He had to explore some so when I snapped him he was damp.  

Did you notice how dark the sky was?  That was mid-day.  When there was a lull in the rain I snapped this one of the sky.

It's all this rain that helps the lichen & fungus grow on the tree trunks.
