Trip to the Apple store

Barb's IPhone started to act a little wonky the other day. Did a little web searching and concluded it had a physical problem, not software. Made an appointment with the local Apple store online.
When I got there, they had a seat for me and one of their Geniuses attended to my plight. After a few questions they concluded that the screen had an issue and would replace it for free. Not bad for a 1 1/2 year old phone out of warranty. To beat all it was done in an hour.
