Autumn Camellia

Its lovely to look out and see this camellia flowering when the garden is dying back. I have several plants of this one dotted along our fenceline under our native trees. The blooms are smaller than the spring flowering camellias but the beauty is, they stay white after it rains, no browning unless they're aging. It is Sasangua Setsugekka, white, largeish, semi-doublbe is the description.

Finally I have the West Coast backblips up - I'm wrapped! They can be seen here for those interested in having a flick through - enjoy :)

Apologies to you all, I have been lying low. Behind with comments so much and also with my own images. I will be taking things quietly the next few days as I'm heading away again later in the week and I will be leaving Hubby and Daughter E at home, so a few things need to be done before I go. Thank you for following my journey, I will catch up with you when time allows.

Have a great weekend :)
