Making mustard......

.....y'know for some reason I always thought there was some complicated alchemy involved in making the stuff, but apparently not, it's more of a simple measuring and assembly job, some standing time and a quick whizz in a processor......anyway I'm giving it a go, seeing as I seem to have lots of mustard seeds hanging about and no shortage of vinegar (note to self:: using a 50/50 mix of white wine vinegar and distilled white for first attempt)......will report back on the result!
