Wintry day

It has been very cold today, with an icy wind and frequent hailstone showers. I felt I needed some air, so I went to Chatelherault for a  walk - it was a short walk, as, although I was well wrapped up, the wind stung my face. It was interesting to see dark hailstone filled clouds, flying across a brilliant blue sky.
I hope it snows tonight - I want to build a snowman!
