New kids on the block!!

These newbies have been made over the last few weeks whilst we have been travelling about. The hairy thing at the back is a teddy. A nightmare yarn to work with, so he will be an only child!

Day 1 of the Estate Agent meetings!! Two visited to see our house today. Interesting experience; a difference of £30K in the asking price, ¼% difference in fees, one was very interested in us and our property, the other fairly indifferent and spent time dissing the competition.

We did a great job last night getting rid of unnecessary stuff in the rest of the house, but my workroom is full / cluttered. Ask anyone who does handicrafts and I doubt if all of their things are in cupboards and out of sight. One gent didn’t have a problem, but the other said the room should be changed in to a bedroom!!

We have a scoring system and gave one 9/10 and the other 5/10.

Two more tomorrow so we will see how they perform!! And then make our decision.

This evening I plan to do some patchwork (therapy)!!! Before watching the second episode of Silent Witness.
