Hope after the rain

Worked from home today as didn't feel 100% yesterday. Was met by this sunrise as I got myself settled, laptop on knee in my living room. Made me smile as it's been soooo wet and miserable lately and the stain on my ceiling from the leaking chimney gets larger and darker by the day!
Learned tonight that a banana loaf bakes very nicely in a casserole dish - thanks very much, after leaving my cake tin at the party at the weekend!
Looking forward to seeing B on his birthday tomorrow.
