Rooftop Jamboree

Out of the two pictures I took today, this was my favorite. I was just walking along to throw away some trash when I stopped to take this picture; I am not sure what I like about it.
The weather has been really odd lately; it will be storming one minute and the next it'll be a beautiful, sunny day. I don't know what to make of it. So far, spring break has been all about takin' care of business with a splash of fun and a pinch of relaxation.
