Amber

The weather warning made the snow sound worse than it was in reality. I left work sharp to avoid the worst of it and was glad i did as the snow was falling heavily when i reached Greenock and the hill up to my house was covered as i drove home. It seems to have been fairly intermittent though but the amber warning remains in place for the morning so another early night is in order. A night in of knitting and chatting on messenger was the perfect cosy way to spend a chilly evening.
