Reflections

January always seems hard work - struggling to get back into  the routine of working, and with tax returns looming inexorably. Today was spent working on an urgent deadline, and trying to get all my finances in order ready to take to the accountant. 

The highlight of the day (!!!) was a visit to Waitrose to re-stock the fridge (relatively cheaply as so many lines with short sell-by dates were dramatically reduced) and to pick up a new bread machine. My old one managed to throw itself off the worktop on Saturday while kneading some dough, and was irreparable - however, as it was over twelve years old, I wasn't too sad. These are some abstract reflections in the curvaceous brushed stainless steel sides of the new one.
