Wanna be Startin' Somethin'?

On Sunday I started a Sourdough starter.
On day three the stuff was almost growing out of the jar.  Did you know if you put flour and water together and leave it stuff grows in it???  It is actually quite gross but this yuckness should give me some amazing bread if the interweb is to go by.

I need a bigger jar though.

Work is a bit on the manic side again for a while.  All seems to be kicking off at once.....scary biscuits.
