Healthy eating is working!!!
I am proud to announce that I have lost 4 pounds this week! No real diet just healthy eating and exercise. My day starts with a bowl of jumbo oats, linseeds, chopped nuts, strawberries, blueberries and runny honey. It's tasty and filling. My exercise has been weight resistance which I am really enjoying too. I just hope I can keep this up?
