Sitting in the dock of the bay

In the dock in a bay in the Island of Lanzarote.
The nearest town is Arrecife. It is about a 40 minute walk away, but since June is feeling a bit unwell, we are staying put today.
The crew member in the picture, appears to be uncoiling a hose to empty the water out of it. I wonder if his name is Josè?
