A male portrait for a change

This is Tony,I used a more vigorous style than the usual gentler one for the ladies.
Still quite a bit to do, taken just over four hours so far

I still haven't found a way to get a Digital image that accurately records the colours and look of a painting, have any of you out there any advice you could offer?
