Ambitions

Second full day of not skiing. Though our luggage arrived earlier that afternoon*, we decided to wait with skiing for the next day, which meant we had time to explore the larger area. We decided to drive a part of the Bo Valley Parkway, a beautiful, ice packed road between Banff and Lake Louise, and walk up to the waterfalls. Some guys were taking the hard way up...

* The outcome of yesterday's thriller story: the luggage had finally arrived! In the end the delay was some 1,5 day, which might not sound very long, but it is if you have absolutely nothing with you. No warm clothes, no toothpaste, no clean underwear. And: no ski's, the entire purpose of our trip. Above all, the waiting and continuous phone calls to the airport and different airlines kind of ruins your day...
