Hallooooooo??

As badly as I want a dog, I'm not about to swipe one from somebody's car, no matter what he/she is howling about.  I happen to know his/her owner was very close by so I think there's a bit of over-dramatization here.

In my nearly 75 years I can't remember a time when I did not have a dog  except for the last 10 and I don't know how I've managed to survive that long without one.  The first thing I intend do after I retire is going to involve the acquisition of a dog, preferably an older dog who may have lost its home or owner and needs somebody to love and to love it.  I don't even care if it has medical issues.  If I can give insulin injections to a snarky cat twice a day, I can handle anything.
