Barmouth Wooden Toll Bridge

This lovely old wooden bridge built in 1879 is a grade11 listed structure and is still in use today. If you drive over, it will cost you 60p and to walk costs 20p, but when one considers the savings in distance, time and fuel, it is certainly value for money.The alternative being a long drive inland towards Dolgellau and back again!
