Broad Street
My early start wasn't that early, with me leaving college at 10 to head to the Radcliffe Science Library. Better than it could've been I suppose. When I got to the library I felt quite drowsy and just not particularly with it, so only managed to briefly cover one topic. I took a detour to Tescos to grab things for lunch (wraps, chicken, cheese etc.) and then made lunch (of course). Adam was also having lunch so I popped in for a chat before heading up to my room to work in there for the afternoon. Again, not wholly productive.
This whole being back and focussed on work is difficult, especially when people are still moving back in and I want to see them and chat to them. Talking of people moving in, Caragh came back and so we waited outside Ship Street entrance for her, like a little welcoming party. It was great as well because we managed to get all of her stuff from the car in one trip! I then did go back to work (I promise). There was no dinner in hall tonight because of a graduate formal they were doing so Kitty, Jake, Martyna and I went out at about 6 to grab some food. Luckily you only have to walk for about a minute (probably less really) to get to food. Jake had Itsu, I had a Mission Burrito, and Kitty and Martyna had Pret. We came back and ate and I chatted with Kitty for a while before Sam and Jake also joined. It was good fun. Not revision, but good fun. It was 8pm before I ended up going back to work. See? Not good. Then I could hear Lottie on the staircase so she came up for an hour (no idea how it ended up that long!) and 10pm rolled around. I worked until quarter to eleven, got ready for bed, then heard the Welshies (well, Nia and Sioned) going into Caragh's room...so I went too. It was really nice and cosy with tea and biscuits. Into bed by midnight.
Maybe tomorrow will be better.
