Change of plans

I originally wanted to blip a scene or something from the Red Cross blood drive this afternoon.  Mr M and I each had an appointment to donate blood. Mr M went through the screening process without a hitch and proceeded to the donation area.  I, however, didn't.  The iron level in my blood was too low for them to allow me to donate.  So I got the Hemoglobin Fact Sheet with suggestions for raising my iron level.  

It was cold again, but Riley just doesn't care - we stopped at least three times on his walk so he could roll around in the snow.
