DIY repairs

My husband dropped his phone and smashed the glass.  Repair quotes were $115 - $250 and included replacing the LCD with the glass.  The LCD was fine, only the glass needed replacing but we couldn't find anywhere prepared to do just that.  So he bought a replacement glass (and tools) for $8 off ebay and did it himself.  This is a progress shot, old glass off and cleaning the LCD before putting the new glass on.  I think he'll be surprised when he sees I caught his reflection.  His phone is now as good as new, working perfectly :)
