Sherry trifle

Out for lunch with six friends at the Golf Club today for a farewell get-together for one of the gang who is moving south to a new job in Edinburgh.

I don't play golf but there are definite perks in knowing people who do! The food in the restaurant is fantastic and the sherry trifle tasted every bit as good as it looked!
