Hands free?

This guy rents out sunbeds on the beach and each night he clears them away, one at a time, carrying them on his head. It was amazing to watch him striding repeatedly across the sands with the heavy metal beds perfectly balanced on his head.
I'm used to seeing people carrying water, fruit, fish and washing on their heads - not to mention bricks and other building materials but this is a first for me.
