Up in smoke!

The view from my window became suddenly obscured late this morning. I couldn't quite believe that the chuckleheads who were clearing the tree stumps from the vacant lot across the road had decided to burn them in situ. I imagine that the occupants of the two new blocks of flats either side were less than impressed as well!
