What struck my fancy

Wolferton

Station is now a private home but the owner maintains its atmosphere and welcomes visitors and the gate even sports a sign Photography Welcome  -  not often you see that!

The station was used by royalty and their illustrious guests visiting Sandringham (1.3 miles away).  The railway was closed in 1969 and the nearest rail terminus now is King's Lynn. The Queen normally travels up by train when she stays at Sandringham and other royals may use a helicopter.

GER = Great Eastern Railway, formed in 1862.
LNER = London and North Eastern Railway, formed 1921

That bicycle is very heavy! Sorry that I cannot find any information regarding Winsor Premium Mixture, my flight of fancy suggests it fuelled the Rolls Royce cars for royalty, I shall find out on my next visit.
