Snowy Contours
Woke to see snow on the mountains of Beara, this is Hungry hill. Busy writing up my essay, watching the snow out the window. All took so much longer than I thought, so driving straight to UCC from home, no bit of time in the city! Really wished I'd taken my camera as we had a snow shower in our break and I've not seen such enormous flakes, the University courtyard of historic buildings and specimen tree looked wonderful as the snow settled. We started the Bronze Age this evening, all very interesting but I was very relieved to hand my essay in. Drove home very slowly indeed, took well over two hours, normally an hour and a half.
