Taking off!

Hello everybody! It was another lovely sunny day here . Little windy but  sunny day. It was  beautiful the river and lots of action there like always. I had a little walk before going shopping. Yesterday I did too much with Millie the dog and later I went to Yoga. I think I have to do less my friends told me yesterday but I don't know how much is too much and how much is too little.
I am so tired but I was resting all day and I would like to go to the art class tonight .
