This I do remember. Everything I had taken solo camping the week before smelled of wood smoke (not an unpleasant smell) but I was gearing up to go up north again to continue video taping people and my sleeping bag just reeked from it too, as did my single-person-tent. Can't have that; one must start every camping trip afresh. So the mister and I pitched the tent on the back patio (not really a two person job) to air it out. I remember wishing that he could go with but he wasn't up to it.
