To posture or not posture

I've had this chair for 3yrs now but I've finally decided to have a new one ordered. It's posh, big and is similar to the chairs from The Voice but whilst sitting upright offers no protection whatsoever to the old back. If you lean back it retracts and is fine but, again, has no support when actually required.

As we all know safety never has a days holiday so it's right to order a more suitable version.
