I want to go out, but the weather is awful!

Poor Dandy
He wants to go out but the weather is just too bad, he just slips out for a few minutes if he has to go to the toilet then comes straight back in.
And just to make it worse, when he brought a mouse in I took it off him (still alive) and threw it out again, so he does not even have a living toy to play with.
