Opening night

Opening night of Celtic Connections 2015; 'Nae Regrets' in the Royal Concert Hall. Everyone in this blip is just finding their seats, getting ready for it!

They played Martyn Bennett's GRIT album live, scored for orchestra for the first time. It was awesome! They managed to capture every little beep and whirp and techno beatof the electronic sounds on the album, as well as the quiet, swooping strings  perfectly. I cried a wee bit. I think it was recorded for the telly, you should watch it!!

Nice surprise addition of David Hayman on a few tracks!

No drams for me this year though!
