The Ringer

For Christmas, Debbie got me an iron skillet.  To clean it, she also got this thing that looks like a knight's mesh.  It basically scrapes metal against metal and keeps the skillet seasoned.  Supposedly it makes the pan more stick resistant.  We will see.  I do  like it. 

I am back to cooking again.  Seems like the Middle Eastern foods are catching my eye.  Spicy and most can be meat free.  I love me some spicy veggies!!!!!!
