14. New. The shower, the crocodile and the determination. The 6yo did not like taking showers when we travelled in India for a few years. India, home of the bucket bath. We tried her (at 2yo) in a baby bath, ran her under taps and occasionally checked into or visited friends if the hotel had a real bath. Now we are home in the UK and she has had many baths. We just renovated our shower and this evening she asked to try it- and contrarian that she is, adored it. So off to Ikea I go to get another "bath"mat so this one can live in the shower. As if I have ever left Ikea with the one item I went in for.. I must try a new determined approach to this challenge.
