No time to faff around today with the camera unfortunately.

Finished painting last wee bit of wall.
Got new sofas delivered. I LOVE them :))
Curtain pole to put up soon etc etc.

Blow dried my mums hair as per the norm today before shooting off for my 'over 40' health check. Got blood pressure, usually high on a Friday :) glucose, cholesterol, 'puff', BMI, weight etc taken. All fine glad to say. well the puff wasn't brilliant but I'm working on that
I said to the nurse....... "You were supposed to look at me and wonder why I was waiting to see you coz there's no way I'd be in for the over 40 health check"........

she laughed but I'm not convinced she wasn't just being polite ......... :)
